friendly staff good facilities great location tiny room half window disappointing breakfast

The staff were friendly. they allowed bag drop when our train arrived early. I could explore before check in. i found a good sized room and great facilities. walking distance to everything i wanted to do.

I went to a business travel where i had the hotel booked by my company. the room is tiny, literally, tiny. there was like half of the window. It was impossible to open.

A Nice Stay

genuine care room size easy walk

The staff showed genuine care. They held our bags when we arrived early, letting us explore before check-in. Our room was quiet and nicely sized. It was an easy walk to all the places we wanted to see.

The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled. The rooms were warmer than I liked, made sleeping difficult.

stuffy room unavailable air conditioning

my room was unbelievably stuffy. windows dont open so we couldnt access any fresh air. i complained and was told they did not have air conditioning i found that hard to believe. a note in the room asked us not to move the setting to cold because it would make the rooms even hotter. they said there was nothing that could be done.
